Non-Dairy Bread Mix - 1 pound

Sylvan Border Farm Non-Dairy Bread Mix uses the same blend of flours as our original Bread Mix that is so popular with our customers, and it also fills the need for those that require a casein-free, dairy-free and gluten-free bread. Suggestions for variations are included with each package. These include directions for Cinnamon Rolls, Cinnamon and Raisin Bread, Herb Bread, and Stuffing Bread.

Conventional preparation requires only three minutes of mixing. Kneading is not necessary. Just mix, spoon the dough into a loaf pan, let rise for 60 minutes, and bake 55 - 65 minutes.
