Sylvan Border Farm General Purpose Flour is a blend of light and nutritious flours with baking properties similar to flour made from wheat. In most instances you will be able to substitute our General Purpose Flour for flour made from wheat. Our flour works well with heartier types of baking such as muffins, biscuits, cake, quick breads, and cookies - and it will satisfy most of your baking and cooking needs. This blend is not ideal for making bread. We have three bread mixes on the market. Their blend of flours and the ingredients make an excellent loaf of bread.
