Classic Dark Bread Mix - 1 pound

Sylvan Border Farm Classic Dark Bread is a special blend of flours for our customers that not only require gluten-free flours, but are also sensitive to corn and soy. Suggestions for variations are included with each package. These include directions for Swedish Rye (Limpa), variations using caraway seeds, flax seeds, and raisins. If your family enjoys dark bread you will love this recipe; this is the most delicious and nutritious gluten-free bread you can buy anywhere.

Conventional preparation requires only three minutes of mixing. Kneading is not necessary. Just mix, spoon the dough into a loaf pan, let rise for 60 - 70 minutes, and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. The Classic Dark Bread takes about ten more minutes to rise than the White Bread Mix.
